Kickboxing is not only a high calorie burning activity but is a excellent means to learn self defence and build an individual’s confidences.

Kickboxing is a combination of various martial arts. Kickboxing is meant for all ages from young kids to adults, and all genders. We believe that a person can truly benefit and understand an activity/sport if thought by the right teacher/coach. In kickboxing we call them a Sensei.

We have employed the help of Sensei Khushnoor Jijina, a renowned former kickboxing and mma fighter. Sensei Khushnoor jijina is an expert in Judo, Taekwondo and Muay Thai.
